The long lost blog owner is back AGAIN....

I'm gonna update guys events from the past 2-3 months... ( thinks i still remember)...... ok lets not go so far.... something more recent perhaps... 18 August??? Yup in August, my mom had to go to Kemaman in Terrenganu to attend to some matter.... So, I decided to drive down with her because I was anxious to see how the place have change. I lived there for the 1st 4 yrs in my life... I was born in Pahang ( when my family move down because my dad was working there). Don't get me wrong, my hometown is in KL and Kajang... We moved back when i was 4..??? or 5..??? Started kindergarden in KL...

Met up with some old family friend and my dad's old workers who used to take care and played with me... =) come to think of it it's been 18 yrs since I went back and I last saw them. Long story short..... lets see some pics.

I remembered my mom used to buy nasi lemak from this uncle when I was 3 and my dad loved the nasi lemak and I always ask my dad for the cucumbers

This nasi lemak may look plain and simple, But this is the best nasi lemak biasa you can find. You can't even find this nasi lemak in KL . The sambal is sooooooooooooo good, and the pickled cucumber is heavenly...

Good old wooden stall. Don't think you can find it anywhere.

After having breakfast in Uncle Yap's coffee shop my mom and I headed down to the market trying to reminisce the good old days.

Either they tie the chicken's leg and wait for customers to buy their chicken in the market. Or they sell them via motocycle.

The uncle my mom use to buy vegetables from..... 18 years ago.

Look at the HUGE ass sotongs....

Ikan Tenggiri

Any one wants parang?

RAMBUTANS...

Hai Peng kopitiam. Famous kopitiam in Kemaman.

Vietnamese coffee

Fired ketupat. When I was young..... Let me rephrase.. when ever I tell my friends about how nice fried ketupats were they will always laugh at me and say people do not fry ketupats. In Kemaman they do.... and it's super delicious. But the Mak cik we use to buy from isn't selling anymore... Hai Peng's fried ketupats aren't that nice.

Some where near Cherating. Stop bythe fishing village to buy Keropok Lekor home.

So happens there is the sea and goats.

And more goats

After we head back to KL after buying what we wanted. 4 hours drive, reached Ampang at 7pm so we decided to drop by my grandma's house for dinner. Then we headed to Shah Alam to pick Pepper from Auntie June's house... She missed us so much... did not leave her basket for 2 days... Poor thing.
